JAC was started in 2002 by Tracy Jividen, OLS 1149. He built a very successful Land Surveying Business, acutely aware of his responsibilities to his clients and providing them with the highest professional quality of surveying possible.

• Responsible for daily tasks such as project organization and completion of surveys (including ALTA, As-built, Topographical and Boundary), construction staking, and establishing horizontal and vertical control.

• Numerous hours of Continuing Education credits by Oklahoma State Board of Registration.
• Associates Degree of Applied Science in Civil Surveying technology from OSU- OKC.
